TF is this all about

I have refused to write reviews for apps until now. I am a gold member of Virgin Atlantic for 10 years and an avid iOS user and user of apps. Never have I used such a poor app in my life. I hate British Airways, but would almost consider moving to them as the app is a pleasure to use and very aesthetically pleasing. If the Virgin app developers are reading this or better still, someone higher up in Virgin, this is terrible and needs sorting out in this day and age. Virgin are a great brand and service and the easiest addition to culture in current items is an app. Why is it so poor ? Please amend asap.

This app is so bad. Its forced me to write my first ever review, and I thought the last app was bad enough and patiently waited for the new one. Really?
