Let me put this way … fuseless … slow, slow and slower

The BEST app created for an airline!!! Really cool, interactive, easy to use and with plenty of useful info. It os only missing the chance to see current resv and edit seat assignment + online check in which has been confirmed from product development coming online really soon. Great work!!! Keep it up!

Im not British but this app is rubbish. Seriously tho, I read all the negative reviews and tried to be open minded and give the app a fair shot. Well after 2 weeks it still doesnt register that I have an upcoming flight. If you were going to make your decision on whether to fly Virgin or another airline based on this app? I would avoid booking with them for this app alone. Ive heard great things about the airline itself so we will have to see but if I have to goto the airport with a printout next week I will be extremely disappointed before even boarding.

This is such a terrible app from such a large company. Im traveling using Virgin airlines for the first time this weekend and I cant pull up any information on this app. I have used United and JetBlue apps that have worked 100x better than this. Those other apps are easy to log on to and can quickly find your flights. This app is hard to use and is not user friendly. Very disappointed in this app from such a large company.

This app is honestly pathetic. Its very hard to use and navigate through. You are much better off just using a web browser on your phone instead. Anyone who gave this app a 5 stars is flat out lying, and most likely paid to do so by Virgin because there is absolutely no way this is a 5 star app... Literally zero chance.

As bad as everyone has said. Couldnt locate my account or my booking.

I say perfectly, I mean it does everything that Im expecting. I would assume my boarding pass would show up nearer the time of departure but everything else works fine; I get my account info, flight info, messages, add to calendar and I can even book flights. I dont see why there is so much hatred for this app.

This is the single most useless airline app Ive ever used, and Ive used many. The check-in feature does not work even within the 24 hour pre-flight span. My reservation cannot be found but Ive already printed my boarding pass on my pc, the UI is not retina capable (grossly oversized) and the app is not Apple wallet capable. I hope my flight is better than this app otherwise I cant imagine how wed ever get off the ground.

Theres no way to retrieve my reservation, let alone my boarding pass. Im printing one?! In 2016?! Shame on Virgin for keeping this app in the store, its doesnt work. The details: U.S. user, with a flight tomorrow. Retrieving my reservation with confirmation code and name led nowhere. Then I tried again and got a screen where it asked me to input the flight number as well. Only there werent any with the VX designation in the pick wheel, which made me think I was in a casino trying to spin through all the choices.

Cannot even find the booking.

Doesnt work. Period. Cant find my reservation, even when adding my middle name as directed.

Honestly i dont understand how the management of such a great company accepted to release such disappointing app.. Maybe management is not that great in the end.

Was able to check in online after 20 minutes of trying, but no mobile boarding pass? What the eff is the point?????

Im amazed and appalled at the ridiculousness of this app. Note to new users: your first name is your first and middle names combined - no spaces. Also the app and VAs websites are essentially useless without your various membership numbers, reference numbers, flight numbers, etc. - the things one typically uses an app to discover. A note to VA - take a gander at JetBlues app - not perfect but a lot closer.

Completely useless

I fly on a lot of different airlines and use their apps easily until this one. It does nothing at all. It doesnt find your booking or your membership number. Dont waste your time.. I wish I hadnt..

I can never do what I want to do. For example: the simplest request - finding my booked flight. I can find it on web application but not on app. I have no idea how this app helps me.

There is no login component for this app. You have to type in your personal info and flight confirmation to lookup a reservation.

Ive had an iPhone since 2007. Ive never written a review EVER, but I felt compelled. Ive never flown Virgin, but Ive heard nothing but great things about the experience. I found an amazing deal for a flight to San Francisco from Dallas. When I saw that is was via Virgin, I was ecstatic to see what they were all about. Downloading this app to review my flight details set a horrible tone for the Virgin experience. The app couldnt even locate my booking info! Thats the main function of this app right? The user interface is okay at best. I just hope Virgin makes this app something worthy of the name.
