ANNOYED and DISAPPOINTED!

Ive had an iPhone since 2007. Ive never written a review EVER, but I felt compelled.

Ive never flown Virgin, but Ive heard nothing but great things about the experience. I found an amazing deal for a flight to San Francisco from Dallas. When I saw that is was via Virgin, I was ecstatic to see what they were all about.

Downloading this app to review my flight details set a horrible tone for the Virgin experience. The app couldnt even locate my booking info! Thats the main function of this app right? The user interface is okay at best.

I just hope Virgin makes this app something worthy of the name.
