Auful app. Does not remember you so its on you to remember your reservation code unlike BA where you log in and it immediately knows who you are, what flights are coming up, what gate it departs from and all is updated real time.

Nice lounge for those who prioritize drinking and eating but no match to BA if you just want to be helped in your travel.
