Virgin Atlantic App Reviews

I have a flight booked and tried to use app to set up prior to flight. Was unable to enter "Elevate Member" number for Virgin and couldnt even locate flight. Virgin recently merged with Alaskan Air and dont know how to locate info with this app. Total fail as far as I am concerned. I am deleting this as it is useless.

Couldnt retrieve my flight information even though the exact same details worked online. Their "search for your flight" function involved scrolling through HUNDREDS of flight options. Very subpar considering other airlines have up to date technology.

Does anyone at Virgin check to see if their app works before submitting it to the App Store?

Perhaps IT is too concerned about Virgin Galactic to give any Earthly apps a fighting chance...

After entering all booking info,app cannot check you in most of the time. If you do find the magic incantation then it wont allow you to change seats. Phone and online "help" are hopeless. Make me fear for my life flying on such a shoddy airline.

downloaded this app and tried numerous times to retrieve booking info with confirmation. Did not work.

Trying to get my mobile boarding pass. App cannot retrieve my booking. Completely broken, no functionality succeeds.

Are you a member? If not prepare to waste an hour of your life.

Cant check in to flights or do anything. I fly all the time for work on multiple airlines and this is by far the worst app.

Most useless app Ive ever downloaded. Cant find my book flights; doesnt let me log in to my frequent flyer account... Worthless

if united can create a good app, virgins app should be at least as good. Id give zero stars if I could. cant even access flight status.

Not working

Virtually no features work.

The app did not recognize my Elevate number or my reservation. Its like the app is not hooked up to the actual system at all. It didnt even ask for a password. Not sure what this app is intended to do but it doesnt work at all. Save yourself time and skip it.

It cant even find its own flights

This is the most unusable travel app available. Its slow, buggy, and rarely works properly. Sir Richard, you need to get back to the office to fire the clowns that wrote this software and start from scratch.

First off, Virgin America and Virgin Atlantic are two different companies. This is why you cant transfer points between the two. Secondly this is not an app for America. And yeah Virgin America should have 1 but they never did. Overall the app did what I wanted which was to get on board with an electronic ticket swipe via the barcode. What else do u need?

For a company that prides itself on style and design, this app is a disgrace. It is slow, ugly, and relies upon the web views more than not. Its basically a repackaged version of your terrible website.
