This will be the first time I fly Virgin Atlantic, if their app is anything like their flight it wont be worth it!

Sorry but without a working app I am switching back to my old airline. It wont recognize my membership number. Id rather switch airlines than switch back to paper tickets.

Im embarrassed for the individual that spearheaded this project. No app wouldve been the better decision than launching this garbage. Another point for JetBlue.

Surprising a company as tech forward like Virgin doesnt have a simple iPhone app. Light years behind every other carrier. If you want to compete with real carriers act like one and invest in a decent app. Doesnt bring up correct (or any) flight options when trying to book out of Dallas. Tickets in iPhone wont update when major delay. Useless.
This is the worst app Ive ever seen! I cant believe a great airline had anything like this. Dont download to the reviews are better.. Virgin wake up !!everyone has a smart phone
Like every other review ive read you cant do even basic functions on this app. Cant find my frequent flyer info. Cant check status of flight. Cant find future flights Im already booked on. Do your programmers actually test anything before releasing. The only thing that might explain it is if this app cant connect for Virgin America flights. I cant tell from description or app itself.

For all the hype Ive heard about Virgin, I will NEVER fly with them again. This app is useless. Then I find out after purchasing 2 tickets for my spouse and I on a mini vacation, they tried to shake us down to get seats that are together. Did you get that.... You have to pay to sit EXTRA to sit with someone your traveling with. Therefore my spouse was in the front of the plane and I was in the back. Good luck to the mother who wants to sit with her child. Horrible!!! Unbelievable!!! I guess it is a 1% world.
Wow. What a huge disappointment. I expect so much more from Virgin. This app fails on many levels including: - Inability to geolocate what continent Im standing on - Inability to know presume the day Im traveling is the day Im using the app (guh) - No updated flight times After mutiple sighs of disbelief this app has now found its way to the trash.
Has an airline ever made an app so bad that people would be pushed to fly other airlines based solely on how bad the app was? Yes, Virgin did that. Flight number not even listed in infinite scroll list.
Terrible. This is one of the worst apps I have seen for an airline. Having to scroll through a million flight numbers to find yours to check in?! and then it wont even allow me to log in even high it works fine on the website..FAIL
If their mobile strategy is to create an app that never properly can find your flights or your account, they succeeded. Honestly virgin just make the app a shortcut to your mobile site. It wouldve saved me 15 min of assuming you had built a competent app which didnt even have a Forgot Virgin Account feature
Cant find bookings. Elevate doesnt sync.
