This is the worse app ever

Auful app. Does not remember you so its on you to remember your reservation code unlike BA where you log in and it immediately knows who you are, what flights are coming up, what gate it departs from and all is updated real time. Nice lounge for those who prioritize drinking and eating but no match to BA if you just want to be helped in your travel.

Only trying to use this app to find my flight info and sign in for the electronic boarding pass. I got all legs of my flights quickly! Worked just fine!!

Worthless

Could not find my flights at all. Was very frustrating. Customer support gave me a frequent flyer?? # and when I asked to repeat she said it will be on my app. Waste of time.

I keep deleting this useless app and re-adding later thinking it will one day be great, only to find its the same. I cant even log into mine because they keyboard wont show on the app. Virgin, youre a great company so make your app great too please!

This is second time this has happened to us. My wife and I are traveling together. Virgin assigned us separate seats a long way from each other. The app gives you the option to change seats, but doesnt work. After trying to change seats you get an error message. Calling Virgin Atlantic or checking the website is also useless. You have to hope the checkin clerk at the airport can do something.

This app may not have anything for Virgin America but its fine! I liked how when I opened it at first, my page said "Hello Gorgeous!" I felt flattered. I like the Virgin Atlantic app but it could use some work. Virgin, make an update adding Virgin America and having better service for the app! Thanks for a good app!!!

You spend a lifetime building a brand that is meant to represent cool, personable, approachable and easy-to-use services. And it takes one dumb move, like this app, to place a nasty stain on all that good work. This app may have been the fastest, cheapest and most efficient way to disappoint a wide variety of customers across the board. This app is so shamefully bad, that you may actually get away by saying it was an "unsanctioned fake".

Wow. What a huge disappointment. I expect so much more from Virgin. This app fails on many levels including: - Inability to geolocate what continent Im standing on - Inability to know the day Im traveling is the day Im using the app (guh) - No updated flight times - App has not been updated in 3 years which explains why nobody likes it After mutiple sighs of disbelief this app has now found its way to the trash.

This app just plain doesnt work. Errors out when searching for flights, offers chat that doesnt function. Nothing works unfortunately.

Any chance of a new update any time soon? Hopefully this time Virgin gets it right!

This app is worthless. Better to not have one than to do this. I hope the pilots are better than their development people!! See Alaska Airlines App for a beautiful example of how this should be done.

I entered info multiple and it still never work!!!

Just a waste of 10 minutes time trying to log in only to realize its just completely broken.

I booked a flight on Virgin several hours ago, so I downloaded the app so I’d have the flight information on my phone and it can’t even find my reservations. Probably the most basic function you’d expect an airline app to do and it can’t do it. It can’t even find my account with Virgin. Virgin should pull this from the app store until they at least get basic functionality working.

Virgin Im so disappointed in you. How do you not have an elevate app????

Got checked in on their website, the same information could not be found using the app. Dont waste your time.

I have refused to write reviews for apps until now. I am a gold member of Virgin Atlantic for 10 years and an avid iOS user and user of apps. Never have I used such a poor app in my life. I hate British Airways, but would almost consider moving to them as the app is a pleasure to use and very aesthetically pleasing. If the Virgin app developers are reading this or better still, someone higher up in Virgin, this is terrible and needs sorting out in this day and age. Virgin are a great brand and service and the easiest addition to culture in current items is an app. Why is it so poor ? Please amend asap. This app is so bad. Its forced me to write my first ever review, and I thought the last app was bad enough and patiently waited for the new one. Really?
