Youd really be better off not having an app. Im signed in with my flying club number, you know my name, my booking reference. Why do I have to enter it to check in? Why do I have to manually add my flights? Checking in via the app was a worse experience than using the web UI, which is already really bad! Please look at some competitors apps and have another go.

This app serves no real purpose other than for the airline to say they have one. Virgins website and this are very second rate. Why is their technology so bad? How is it even third rate airlines can do better than this? Arent they embarassed?

Cant find my reservations, cant log in via an Elevate number. Basically useless in its functionality and drove me complete bonkers trying!

I couldnt believe how poorly others rated tho app... Until I used it myself. It just doesnt seem to work, or function in ways I expect of a modern app.

I fly in 2 weeks so I thought Id add the app so I could check in and receive updates on my flights. For whatever reason I cant find my itinerary in the app, although I can on their website. I even signed up for the frequent flyer program to see if that might help but it didnt.

Im traveling later this week and decided to give the app a go...what a busy. Id like the last 15 mins of my life back please! The app could neither find my frequent flyer number not locate my booking/itinerary. The app is good for absolutely nothing if unable to process the most basic of airline app functions. How this was even submitted to Apple in its current state, let alone approved by App Store gatekeepers, I have no idea. Someone dropped the ball on both sides. Dont make the same mistake as I did and lose 15 precious mins of your life (well, now 20 post review) fiddling with this virtual paperweight. Try again Virgin, massive FAIL

After too many attempts to try to work with this app, Im so annoyed I will never fly this airline again. It cant find any reservation or my FFN. Epic fail.

I tried to book a flight (you know, like to give you money) for a flight from Boston to San Francisco and return. But the app tells me you dont fly that route! Guess the other flight I have already booked must be wrong? If the airline was as bad as this app, Id never fly it. Virgin do yourself a favor and have no app at all versus this!

I keep deleting this useless app and re-adding later thinking it will one day be great, only to find its even worse. Virgin, invest in your app please!

This app is useless. It cant find my booking, it doesnt allow me to manually search, my flight isnt on there at all. Im trying to check in and have my boarding pass on my phone as I usually do when flying with other airlines. But this app is completely useless!

Somebody before said it all. Virgins app is dilettante at best. Just try the British Airways one. It is a one stop shop, you automatically get to your flight once logged in, when you check in no need to re-enter your details and the boarding pass shows up automatically, no need to resend it by email to then having to download it to your passbook. Just try to make an effort and make it easy - thats the idea with apps!!!! Your app is terrible TERRIBLE and clearly nobody reads any of the feedback.

Read every other review, everything theyve said is true. I thought there was something that i missed and just overlooked, but nope- looks like everyone else that has used this app has had the same experience as mine.

Its funny how such a big company can have such a stupid app. It shows From to flight but Where To only shows 4 options for many months to come and different dates. Useless

Cant find my elevate number. Cant find my confirmation number. Cant contact customer service. Cant waste my time or my memory with dis crap.

It is not possible that this is a serious app. First, it gives you a "sorry cant find that flight" even though youve entered all the right info. Then it asks for more info, like the flight number. Rather than allowing you to enter it, you have to select from a list of flights -that would be from ALL flights for that day all over the globe. Hope you have a few hours to spend staring at your phone. Even then, I dont think youll get your flight details. I just switched from United to Virgin. This is not a good welcome sign...

Worst airline app Ive ever seen. Cant even find a booking after I checked in online.

This app is absolutely useless. It was not able to find my flights ever. It better to just wait for virgin to send you a check in email then load it to your passbook.

This app just doesnt work. I know virgin flies to Portland but the app couldnt even find the city.

Love flying with Virgin but its unbelievable how long this app has sucked and has still gone unfixed. When are the reviews finally going to sink in?

No matter what confirmation #, itinerary # or item you try to scan to pull your information, it simply does not find your information. Use their mobile web site and everything works fine. App is really weak compared to the other airline apps out there.
